Ram Thukkaram, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Thukkaram has more than 30 years experience in manufacturing. He previously built an automotive supply company from 18 employees to 800 employees. His basic experience is die-casting and machining. He has work experience in manufacturing companies in India, Denmark, Germany, Canada and USA in varying capacities, all the way from design engineer to CEO. He has written handbooks on die casting, as well as numerous technical articles on tool design and casting design. He is a practitioner of continuous improvement and has developed an individual improvement proposal system, which is being practiced at TexelQ. He has an Engineering degree from the University of Madras and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. In 1992, Mr. Thukkaram received the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and was named by President Bush as one of the country’s eight outstanding Asian American Citizens.

Jay Thukkaram, Executive Vice President

Mr. Thukkaram has more than 20 years of experience in management of industrial, manufacturing, service, and distribution businesses. His experience has included operating plan development, financial modeling, and transaction execution. Mr. Thukkaram excels at setting strategic priorities, launching systems and process, developing metrics, team building, monitoring financial performance, and oversight on key initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Erin Reeves, Project Manager

Erin Reeves has 25 years of combined experience in sales, business development, project management, and for the last decade her focus has been business operations to ensure company productivity and efficiency including implementing business strategies and evaluating company performances. She holds a B.A. in Business Management from Alverno College.

Venkatesan Sundaram, President

Mr. Sundaram has more than 30 years financial management, information technology and consulting experience, and has a strong background working with middle-market companies in manufacturing and services industry environments. He has pinpointed the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for managing business operations, financial risk scenarios, and services options, and systems upgrades and process improvements. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi. He has been a CPA since 1978.

Aswanth Ganesan, General Manager

Mr. Aswanth Ganesan has over 14 years’ experience in manufacturing of automotive and non-automotive components. He has plenty of experience in new product development, operations, materials, program management, quality control and cost estimating. He has launched several programs with major OEM’s.  Mr. Aswanth holds a Master’s degree from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio. He is also a certified six sigma green belt professional. Aswanth’s responsibilities at TexelQ include new product development, supply chain management, inventory control, forecasting/ERP, transportation logistics, continuous improvement and strategic planning.
