Transmission components that TexelQ focuses on are castings that make up the powertrain of vehicles. These components range in physical size from 2 lbs. to hundreds of lbs. TexelQ also has the ability to tool parts larger than this and are well versed to meet the application needs in a full spectrum of sizes. Examples of components we manufacture:

These parts must pass rigorous leak tests and cleanliness standards. Depending on various factors including the internal core geometry, the parts can be made from suitable casting technologies and actual material, in ferrous or non-ferrous.

Oil System Components

Oil System Components refer to any product that must house some variation of oil, from common engine oil to hydraulic fluid. These parts range in a variety of materials and casting processes from aluminum die casting to solid steel bar stock. Annual volumes are mainly determined by the application, from automotive to heavy truck to industrial applications. Some of the components that are examples of this are the following:

FEAD Brackets

FEAD (Front End Accessory Drive) Brackets and vehicle brackets in general are common products within vehicles both on highway and off. These parts can be made from a variety of materials and casting processes ranging from sand, semi-permanent mold and die cast aluminum to ductile and grey iron, depending on required mechanical characteristics. TexelQ has the ability and supply base to meet these requirements and can offer multiple alternatives through FEA analysis to match the best casting process to the application in terms of cost and performance.
