As a TS 16949 certified company, we utilize the principles and guidelines of TS-16949 quality systems for all production launches.
We have a dedicated APQP system in place that tracks milestones consistent with customer timing requirements to ensure we meet the expectations and program timing.
Our APQP delivers sample submission as evidence that the product quality, as planned, was achieved – PPAP highlights proof or evidence collected through APQP and validated with results from the first trial run representing the production environment, with correct tools, machines, processes, personnel and conditions that may affect part quality.
